All our products are fully customizable, built-to-order
from the finest materials, and non-returnable so please
contact us first to obtain proper product code and price
before you place an order..
Once you have all required information, download and print
our ORDER
FORM here and mail it to our office at Artistic
Wood Carving, 8335 W Berwyn Ave, Chicago, IL 60656.
Because all our products are built specially for you, we
require 40% downpayment with a money order or a check. Personal
check is also acceptable.
After we receive fully completed order form with a downpayment,
we will start processing your order. It usually takes about
6-12 weeks to have the products you ordered delivered to
you. Please contact us for delivery specials.
